Epiphany is hard Labour too #36

Belgian artist: Stephan Balleux, 'They shoot horses, don't they' (2009).

Interestingly in contemporary painting, trails succeeds to explosions that expressionism used in abundance to make a cross on figurative art (and what is at stake could be summarised as follows "Le visage humain porte en effet une espèce de mort perpétuelle sur son visage. C’est au peintre justement à le sauver en lui rendant ses propres traits"with the Antonin Artaud's words).

Again, the same complex is in motion, i.e. not being (ethicaly, politically) able to sublimate nature. That 'trailism' can so far be spotted in works of:
- Gabriel Morano (but to embelish his figurative art)
To be continued.
